Director Lisa Burton-Durham is a Chartered Legal Executive and Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer. She joined Family Law Partners from a regional firm where she had been for over 20 years having been attracted to joining a dedicated Family Law team.
Lisa is a member of Resolution and in accordance with its principles she is committed to working in a constructive and non-confrontational way. This led to her desire to become collaboratively trained. Her aim is always to find positive solutions and outcomes for her clients and their children. Lisa always takes a sensitive approach and has a clear understanding of the emotional difficulties involved in separation for everyone involved. She has a very approachable and reassuring manner.

Outside of work Lisa enjoys trying to keep fit, travel, food and drink and socialising with friends and family.
